You can cancel any booking up to 24 hours before your visit date. Inside that window, bookings cannot be cancelled online — call us and we will help where we can.
Cancelling inside the allowed window returns what you paid less a 10% booking fee. The fee covers payment processing that we cannot recover.
Open the booking from your account and choose cancel. You will be told the exact refund amount before you confirm.
If the park closes for a reason within our control, you get the full amount back with no fee deducted.
