A booking is a contract between you and DinoPark Kenya. It is confirmed only once payment has been captured — until then your seats are held but not yours. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including VAT.
Each ticket admits one guest on the date printed on it, once. Tickets are not transferable to another date. Reselling a ticket above face value voids it.
We may refuse entry, or ask a guest to leave without a refund, where behaviour puts other visitors or staff at risk. That decision rests with the duty manager.
Individual attractions close occasionally for maintenance, weather or animal welfare. This does not entitle you to a refund unless the park itself is closed.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law.
