Refund Policy

Timing

Refunds are sent back to the card or account you paid from. Banks take five to seven working days to show them.

Where only part of a booking is refunded, add-ons are refunded before ticket value.

If a payment fails, no money is captured. Occasionally a bank places a temporary hold that clears itself within a few days.

If a refund has not arrived after seven working days, email dinoparkecolodges@gmail.com with your booking number and we will chase the gateway.
